B and N Machine is a Machine Shop located in Harrisburg, North Carolina, United States

We will machine components out of all different types of materials from the basics to the most difficult;

• stainless steel

• copper
• Invar
• Titanium, etc.

Our facility houses a Haas VF-1, Bridgeport mill, and Leblonde lathe. We also have access to a Makino A55 High Speed milling center, Haas lathe, and a Moore and Precitech diamond turning machines. All of our quality assurance is done through surface plate, micrometers, indicators, and a height master and we can provide any customer a manual inspection report at request.

Many customers new to the manufacturing field have little or no experience in actually producing what their customers want. We aid in the design and re-engineering of their components to make sure customers are satisfied. We recently made a new product that is under a non disclosure for the medical industry for Trauma Plates. The features were very intricate and hard to access made from 6Al4v Titanium and 316L stainless steel.
